As the CEO of Dave Partners, I lead our boutique executive search firm known for helping leading growth investors to mitigate execution risk and generate excess returns. 

We specialize in identifying, extracting & securing proven operating executives that build the systems, infrastructure and People for scalable growth. We have the trust, confidence & privilege of being retained by some of the greatest CEO Founders and success stories in tech allowing them to align their People with their belief systems.

I leverage my 20 years of experience as a founder, advisor, and headhunter to build teams of transformational leaders that drive growth, scale, and financial over-performance for our clients. I have built and sold billion-dollar businesses, including HotJobs and Ladders, where I focused on attracting, retaining, and developing Executive teams and all People. I am passionate about delivering world class service to world class clients. This involves the white-glove service of a boutique agency and building long-term relationships with a select group of high-growth, PE & VC-backed technology companies. I am fluent in French and Spanish, author of HIRE SMART FROM THE START, a 7x IRONMAN, All World & World Championship Athlete.
