EXPERIENCE

Henry is a member of the firm’s Corporate practice group, and handles a wide variety of corporate transactions and matters, including venture capital and private equity investment transactions, debt financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities, entity formation, and general corporate and business matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Henry practiced in the Transportation Finance and Project Finance groups at Milbank, LLP, and has represented clients in a broad range of domestic and cross-border asset-backed financing transactions.

Prior to his legal career, Henry worked for HSBC’s Seoul branch as an equity research summer associate, and also worked at a Venture Capital in Seoul as an investment analysis intern. Henry has passed the CFA Level 1 exam in 2015.

Henry is a veteran of the Republic of Korea Army (Sergeant) and has completed a tour in South Sudan as a UN Peacekeeper during the 2013-2014 South Sudan Civil War.
