Represent Leaf Logistics and Leaf Execution LLC in connection with a $6.5m secured credit facility, with an accordion of up to an additional $3.5m, provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. In connection with the facility, warrants were issued to JPM as a credit enhancement for the facility.
