Leaf Execution LLC

Represent Leaf Execution LLC in connection with a non-recourse factoring facility of up to $50 million provided by Alterna Capital Solutions LLC, with respect to certain accounts receivable owed by certain parties, including Anheuser-Busch, Ball Metal Beverage Container Corp., and Owens Corning Sales. The facility was guaranteed by Leaf Logistics as well as Logistics Exchange. In addition, fraud guaranties were provided by each of the two senior executives with respect to such facility.
