EXPERIENCE
As an associate in the Tax Practice, Sam advises corporate and joint venture clients on the various U.S. federal income tax consequences of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, internal corporate structuring, and debt financing.
Prior to joining the firm, Sam was a Senior Associate at a Big Four accounting firm where he advised investment firms and multinational companies on the U.S. federal income tax impacts of domestic and cross-border transactions, equity investments, debt swaps, and corporate divestments.
