Geoff is a high stakes litigator with a successful track record managing and defending regulatory inquiries and litigation, including internal investigations, discrimination cases, state AG and SEC fraud investigations, securities class actions and derivative cases and complex commercial disputes, including unfair competition and theft of trade secrets.  His early experience as an American diplomat in Europe and Asia informs his collegial and team-building approach to problem solving.
