Dilawar is a member of the firm’s Venture Capital & Emerging Companies practice group. Dilawar’s practice focuses on representing emerging companies during formation and early-stage financing to day-to-day assistance on legal issues. Dilawar has prior experience of working on cross border and M&A transactions for foreign companies.

Dilawar received his LL.M. from Penn State Dickinson Law, specializing in Entrepreneurship Law. He obtained his BA.LL.B (Hons.) from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and participated in a study abroad program in Amsterdam, Netherlands, at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.

Dilawar is admitted to practice in New York and is also a qualified Pakistani lawyer. He is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.
