Serge’s practice focuses on representing clients in private/public domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity financing transactions, and other general corporate governance and day-to-day legal matters. He has represented both lenders and borrowers in various loan transactions. Serge also has extensive experience representing clients in the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of aircraft, real estate development joint ventures, securities law, NYSE and NASDAQ compliance.
