Nate handles a wide variety of corporate transactions and matters, including venture capital and private equity investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint-venture transactions and general corporate and business matters.
Nate has substantial experience representing private equity and venture capital sponsors, as well as family offices, in connection with fund formations and structuring, fundraising and related investment activities, secondary transfers, and matters relating to the operation and management of family offices, investment funds and fund sponsors. He also has extensive transactional experience in the fields of robotics, artificial intelligence, defense tech and dual-use technologies, aerospace and propulsion, energy tech, climate tech, entertainment & music and financial services. Notable venture fund clients include Bravo Victor Venture Capital (BVVC), Green Flag Ventures, Audere Capital, Culper Ventures and Energy Capital Ventures. Notable emerging company clients include Figure AI, Hark Labs, GenLogs, Charter Space, FirmPilot AI, Hero Media and Torus.
Prior to joining the firm, Nate practiced as an attorney at Rinaldi, Finkelstein & Franklin, LLC – lead outside counsel for Starwood Capital Group.
