Kelsey is a member of the firm’s Venture Capital & Emerging Companies practice group. Kelsey counsels companies and investors in connection with financing transactions, merger & acquisition transactions, general business and corporate governance matters, and securities law compliance.
Prior to joining Reitler, Kelsey worked as an associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP specializing in corporate and securities law. Kelsey has previously represented public companies in the U.S. capital market and private companies seeking to enter into the U.S. capital market. She has assisted companies with the preparation and filing of their periodic reports, current reports, and other filings required by the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
