Josh Molder

Associate
Josh is a member of the firm’s litigation department. He represents entities and individuals in commercial disputes and employment matters. He has experience litigating claims for discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, and crypto theft recovery in state and federal court. Josh graduated with honors from Fordham University School of Law in 2024, during which time he also represented survivors of labor trafficking and gender violence as a Pro Bono Scholar with the Legal Aid Society.
Prior to joining the firm, Josh was an associate at Hoppin Grinsell LLP, a Chambers- recognized litigation boutique focused on blockchain and digital assets disputes.
