Jack is a member of the firm’s litigation department, focusing his practice in intellectual property and commercial litigation. Jack received his JD cum laude from Notre Dame Law School in 2020 and is an experienced litigator with a broad-based practice. Jack represents entities and individuals in complex commercial disputes, copyright and trademark litigation, royalty disputes, admiralty and maritime arbitration, and appellate litigation.
Among other successful representations, Jack has:
- Obtained a multi-million dollar damages award on behalf of a security consulting firm in an arbitration concerning nonpayment of commissions and performance incentives
- Defeated multi-million dollar counterclaims asserted in shareholder litigation involving a significant holder of New York real estate and successfully defended dismissal before the Appellate Division, First Department
- Obtained multi-million dollar damages award on behalf of shareholder and executive against a foreign advertising company in private arbitration for securities fraud and breach of contract
- Successfully resolved claims against digital distributor asserted by rightsholders in royalty dispute
- Settled claims valued at over $10,000,000 asserted against a real estate developer by shareholders, resulting in recoupment of legal fees for the client and the release of all claims
