Gregory is a member of the Venture Capital & Emerging Companies and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups, advising companies and investors on entity formation, venture financing, and general outside counsel matters, and both buyers and sellers across a range of M&A transactions.
Greg also counsels clients on all aspects of U.S. and international brand protection, including the development, monetization, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property rights, focusing on trademark prosecution and copyright matters. Additionally, Greg has experience representing creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and corporate restructuring matters.
Prior to joining Reitler, Greg was an associate at Riker Danzig LLP, where he managed global trademark portfolios for clients across various industries, including Fortune 500 media and insurance companies, international wholesalers and distributors, and technology, jewelry, and sports businesses.
Greg received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2021, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Following law school, Greg served as a judicial law clerk in the Chancery Division of the New Jersey Superior Court for the Honorable Vincent Le Blon, P.J. Ch. (Ret.), the Honorable Lisa M. Vignuolo, P.J. Ch., and the Honorable Thomas Daniel McCloskey, J.S.C.
