Cashill is a member of the firm's Venture Capital & Emerging Companies practice group. Cashill advises emerging companies and investors on entity formation, venture financings and general outside counsel matters. Cashill also represents both buyers and sellers across a range of M&A transactions, guiding clients from early-stage structuring through to closing.
Prior to joining Reitler, Cashill was an associate at Dentons in New Zealand, representing domestic and international clients on transactional and corporate matters across a number of industries, including healthcare, SaaS, funds, and commercial real estate.
