Emily represents companies, funds and other investors in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, corporate governance and company formation and structuring matters.
Emily's practice also involves preparing and filing trademark and copyright applications, and subsequent communications with the United States Trademark and Copyright Office, while managing hundreds of domestic and international trademark portfolios.
