He has represented clients across a wide array of industries, including software and technology, e-commerce, media, finance and financial services, manufacturing and insurance.  His software and technology representations include ad-tech, fin-tech and ed-tech companies.

Amos represents funds and private equity investors in connection with fund formation and governance matters, investment capital raises, and venture capital and mezzanine financings of portfolio companies.

Amos also represents executives and fund partners in connection with employment, compensation and governance matters.
