Bio

Gregory concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate and securities law with an emphasis on emerging growth technology and life science companies.  He counsels senior executives, angel groups and venture funds on a wide range of legal matters including finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, board governance, technology licensing, tax and general business strategy.

Prior to joining Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt LLC, Gregory was a shareholder with the law firm of Stevens & Lee and an equity partner with Fox, Rothschild, a national law firm, where he served as a member of the Technology, Life Science and Venture Finance Group and co-chairman of the firm’s Exempt Organizations Practice.  Gregory also served as the judicial law clerk to the Hon. John A Ricciardi, P.J.S.C., Hon John P. Arnone, J.S.C. and the Hon. Paul F. Chaiet (New Jersey Superior Court – Monmouth County Vicinage)

Gregory is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. District Court and is a member of the American and New Jersey Bar Associations.  He also serves on the Board of Advisors of RomAsia Bank and is a member of the Jumpstart NJ Angel Group and the Princeton Rotary.

Gregory is a frequent speaker on topics relating to venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate tax and has published numerous articles on these and other subjects.  Since 2007, he has been recognized by New Jersey Super Lawyers as one of the state’s outstanding lawyers in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance.

Gregory holds an LL.M. in Corporate Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center (1998), a Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law (1996) and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Liberty University (1991).  He also attended Oxford University (1990) where he studied in the fields of economics, government and international business.
