Elizabeth Polizzi was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.  She is a member of the bar in New York and New Jersey.  Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Elizabeth practiced at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP as a Structured Finance Associate.

Elizabeth is a member of the New York City Bar.
