Bio

Amos Edelman counsels private and public companies in general corporate and business matters, equity and debt financings, merger and acquisition transactions and joint ventures.

Amos also represents funds and private equity investors in venture capital and mezzanine financings.

Amos became a partner of the firm in 2003.  Amos joined the firm as a corporate and securities associate in 1999.

Amos was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1996. He is a member of the both the New York State Bar Association and its Business Law section.
