Bio
Alexander Berger was born in Kiev,
Ukraine. He is a member of the bar in New York and New Jersey and
is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for
the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of
New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Alex practiced at
Jaspan Schlesinger Hoffman LLP as a Real Estate associate.
Alex represents nationally renowned
developers and land proprietors in all aspects of transactional
real estate, including the acquisition, disposition and financing
(capital market transactions) of properties nationwide, commercial
leasing on behalf of landlords and tenants and joint ventures.
Alex is a member of the Association
of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar
Association.
