Our Intellectual Property practice takes two forms. First, it serves clients with specific IP problems, including advice on trademarks, copyrights, technology transfers and licensing. Second, it provides technical support for transactions initiated by other practice groups.

Our Intellectual Property group works with our corporate attorneys to offer counsel on a range of issues, from policies and practices regarding protection of proprietary rights to potential liability arising out of potential infringement of others rights to due diligence support for mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions. Whichever practice area is being served, we employ our innovative problem-solving approach, with matters involving almost every conceivable sphere of intellectual property, including:
