Our hospitality practice focuses on hotel/innkeeper law.  We provide expert advice on day-to-day hotel operational issues including, licensing, governmental agency intervention, hotel security and risk management, property loss, guest injury, employment, maintenance of food and beverage standards, protection of the physical facility, commercial leasing, statutory compliance and every aspect pertaining to the ownership, management and operation of hotel properties.  We engage in the preparation, negotiation and implementation of specialty contracts which are unique to the hotel industry and, through our litigation department, actively prosecute and defend hotel-related claims.
